Location
HIC will be held in the heart of Melbourne at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
Venue
The Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is situated in Melbourne's new South Wharf development. Overlooking the Yarra River the venue is Australia's most versatile convention and exhibition facility. The venue is close to the Crown Entertainment complex, a short tram ride to St Kilda beach and a bus trip to the Yarra Valley wineries. MCEC will host the conference sessions and exhibition.

How to get there
Please note that getting to and from the conference venue is your own responsibility. MCEC is a 20 minute drive from Melbourne Airport.
Where to find us in the Melbourne Convention Centre
HIC 2014 will be held in the Melbourne Convention Centre, South Wharf.
How to access the HIC 2014 rooms
If you are coming from the MCEC Clarendon Street entrance you need to walk past the exhibition halls and through the exhibition centre link to get to the
Convention Centre. If you are coming from the Hilton Hotel there is an indoor walkway directly to level 1 in the Convention Centre.
If you are parking at the Convention Centre use door 6, come up the stairs and walk through the exhibition centre link.
Registration: Enter the Convention Centre and take the escalators to level 2. Please come to the registration desk when you first
arrive to pick up your name badge.
Plenary: Plenary 3, accessible via Doors 9&10 on the ground level.
Innovation Expo and Sessions Rooms: Enter the Convention Centre and take the escalators to level 2.

Parking
