Terms and Conditions

Special rates: We have negotiated special rates with hotels close to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. To book accommodation, please complete the accommodation section of the online registration form and provide credit-card details to secure your booking.
Providing Credit Card Details: No amount will be deducted from your credit card, however your card details will be forwarded to the hotel as security for your booking. No bookings will be made for you without credit card details. You will be responsible for settling your account upon check out.
Changes: Any changes to a reservation must be notified in writing to hic'at'hisa.org.au by Friday 4 July after which all changes must be made directly with the hotel.
Booking Deadline: No bookings will be taken after Friday 4 July. After this date you will need to contact the hotels directly. It is at the discretion of the hotel whether they honour the conference rates after this date.
Cancellations/No Shows: You may be required to pay a cancellation/no show fee. The amount will be dependent on the hotel's terms and conditions (Please click here to view the terms and conditions for the hotels)
