^ Early Bird Registration MUST BE PAID IN FULL before Friday 17 January 2014. If full payment has not been received at this time, the registrant will be charged the standard full conference registration fee.

§ Student registration is valid for full time students only and must be accompanied by proof of full time study. A copy of your current student enrolment form or a letter from your faculty confirming your full time status must accompany your registration. Conference registration fees may be tax deductable, please refer to your tax accountant for advice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations must be notified in writing to the HISA conference office: telehealth@hisa.org.au
• Cancellations received on or before 7 February 2014 will incur a AUD$100 administration fee
• For cancellations received after 7 February 2014, all monies paid are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted, please contact HISA at telehealth@hisa.org.au
• Refunds are not available for any unused services
• Privacy: HISA retains your personal information for the purpose of conducting ATC 2014 and other conferences only. Your personal details will NOT be shared with any marketing or other third party organisation. Information that relates to your booking will be shared with the conference venue and accommodation if it is appropriate.

Social Events Inclusive (incl. in full registration fee*)

The ATC 2014 Networking Reception is included in the full registration fee*. Tickets may be purchased for $70.00pp for partners, friends or colleagues to attend the Networking Reception by indicating the number of tickets required in the Networking Reception Additional Tickets section during the registration process.

* Day pass - the Networking Reception is an additional fee.
