Purchase your HISA membership with your conference registration and save $$

We are now offering the opportunity for you to purchase a HISA membership with your conference registration. The total cost for registration and HISA member registration will be less than the a non-member registration rate.

Please note: Full conference registration to HIC 2013 includes attendance to the one of the associated events (Nursing Informatics Conference, Indigenous Informatics Conference, Personalised Medicine and Health Informatics Workforce, Professionalism and Certification Boot Camp) on Monday 15 July.

^ Early Bird Registration MUST BE PAID IN FULL before close of business 20 May 2013. If full payment has not been received at this time, registrant will be charged the full conference registration fee.

§ Student registration must be accompanied by proof of full time study. A copy of your current student enrolment form or a letter from your faculty confirming your full time status must accompany your registration. Please email this to hic2013@hisa.org.au or fax to +61 3 8610 0006. Student registration does not include the Gala Dinner.

# NIA Conference, Indigenous Informatics and Personalised Medicine are HIC Associated Events taking place on Monday 15 July 2013. Aged Care Informatics will take place during the conference and is included in the full registration fee.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the HISA conference office: hic2013@hisa.org.au
Cancellations received on or before 7 June 2013 will incur a AUD$100 administration fee
For cancellations received after 7 June 2013, all monies paid are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted, please contact HISA at hic2013@hisa.org.au
Refunds are not available for any unused services
Privacy: HISA retains your personal information for the purpose of conducting HIC 2013 and other conferences only. Your personal details will NOT be shared with any marketing or other third party organisation. Information that relates to your booking will be shared with the conference venue and accommodation if it is appropriate.

Social Events Inclusive (incl. in full registration fee*)

The HIC 2013 Networking Reception and Gala Dinner are included in the full Registration fee*. Tickets may be purchased for partners, friends or colleagues to attend the social functions by indicating the number of tickets required in the Social Function Additional Tickets section.

* Student Registration - Networking Reception is included, the Gala Dinner is an additional fee.
* Day Registration - all social events are an additional fee
