The Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA) is pleased to invite you to respond to our Call for Submissions for HIC 2013, Australia's Health Informatics Conference.

HIC will be bringing together a range of international and national experts and leaders to share, inspire and evolve
our e-health and health informatics community. We look forward to you being part of the official proceedings and sharing
your work, ideas and innovations to contribute to this evolution. All submissions will be double-blind peer reviewed to
ensure that only the best content ends up on the HIC program.

Authors are encouraged to submit under the following HIC 2013 core themes and health informatics specialty areas:

Scientific submissions require a full written paper using the guidelines and templates provided below. Selected Scientific submissions will be published as a monograph in the prestigious IOS Press series on 'Studies in Health Technology and Informatics' and all abstracts will appear in the HIC 2013 Proceedings.
Industry/clinical case study submissions require a 650 word abstract describing what you would like to speak on. Presenting at HIC is a fantastic way to partner with healthcare facilities, clinicians, vendors and others to present a compelling case for the value of 'on the shop floor' implementations and issues and to get feedback from your peers.
