You will need to nominate which day you will be attending. A day pass does not include a ticket to the networking reception and additional fees apply if you wish to attend. | ||

~ Early Bird registration MUST BE PAID IN FULL before Friday 6 March 2015. If full payment has not been received at this time, the registrant will be charged the standard full conference registration fee.
^ Student registration is valid for full time students only and must be accompanied by proof of full time study. A copy of your current student enrolment form or a letter from your faculty confirming your full time status must accompany your registration. Registration Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing to the HISA conference office: telehealth@hisa.org.au
- Cancellations received on or before Friday 20 March 2015 will incur a AUD$100 administration fee. Please note any registrations which include HISA membership, the membership component is non refundable as membership is active immediately.
- For cancellations received after Friday 20 March 2015, all monies paid are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted, please contact HISA at telehealth@hisa.org.au
- Refunds are not available for any unused services
Privacy
HISA retains your personal information for the purpose of conducting ATC 2015 and other conferences only. Your personal details will NOT be shared with any marketing or other third party organisation. Information that relates to your booking will be shared with the conference venue and accommodation if it is appropriate.
Social Events Inclusive (incl. in full registration fee*)
The ATC 2015 Networking Reception is included in the full registration fee*. Tickets may be purchased for $70.00pp for partners, friends or colleagues to attend the Networking Reception by indicating the number of tickets required in the Networking Reception Additional Tickets section during the registration process.* Day pass - the Networking Reception is an additional fee.
