Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the HISA conference office: hitwa@hisa.org.au
Cancellations received on or before 8 September 2013 will incur a AUD$50.00 administration fee
For cancellations received after 8 September 2013, all monies paid are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted, please contact HISA at hitwa@hisa.org.au
Refunds are not available for any unused services

Privacy:
HISA retains your personal information for the purpose of conducting HITWA 2013 and other conferences only. Your personal details will NOT be shared with any marketing or other third party organisation. Information that relates to your booking will be shared with the conference venue and accommodation if it is appropriate.

Social Events Inclusive
The HITWA 2013 Networking Reception is included in all registrations. Tickets may be purchased for partners, friends or colleagues to attend the networking reception by indicating the number of tickets required in the Social Function Additional Tickets section.

* HISA or HIMAA Member rate applies to current HISA or HIMAA members (excludes Affiliate members. Please contact hitwa@hisa.org.au if you are an Affiliate member).
