Day Pass		Rate per day $495		You will need to nominate which day you will be attending. A day pass does not include a ticket to the Networking Reception. Additional fees apply if you wish to attend the Networking Reception.

^ Early Bird Registration MUST BE PAID IN FULL before Tuesday 12 March 2013. If full payment has not been received at this time, registrant will be charged the full conference registration fee.

§ Student registration must be accompanied by proof of full time study. A copy of your current student enrolment form or a letter from your faculty confirming your full time status must accompany your registration. Please email this to bigdata@hisa.org.au or fax to +61 3 8610 0006.

Conference registration fees may be tax deductable, please refer to your tax accountant for advice.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the HISA conference office: bigdata@hisa.org.au
Cancellations received on or before 12 March 2013 will incur a AUD$100 administration fee
For cancellations received after 12 March 2013, all monies paid are non-refundable. Substitutions may be accepted, please contact HISA at bigdata@hisa.org.au
Refunds are not available for any unused services
Privacy: HISA retains your personal information for the purpose of conducting Big Data 2013 and other conferences only. Your personal details will NOT be shared with any marketing or other third party organisation. Information that relates to your booking will be shared with the conference venue and accommodation if it is appropriate.

Social Events Inclusive (incl. in full registration fee*)

The Big Data 2013 Networking Reception is included in the full registration fee*. Tickets may be purchased for $65.00pp for partners, friends or colleagues to attend the Networking Reception by indicating the number of tickets required in the Networking Reception Additional Tickets section.
* Day pass - the Networking Reception is an additional fee.
