Using data to discover new levels of performance
Health systems around the world are striving for better outcomes and sustainability, but most are yet to fully tap into the potential sitting in their large, complex and often disparate data sets.
You are invited to join HISA WA for a roundtable discussion featuring leading international experts from KPMG's Global Centre of Excellence for Healthcare, Dr Richard Bakalar and Ashraf Shehata.
The event will be an interactive discussion about the use of big data and analytics to drive clinical and operational improvements in hospitals. Richard and Ashraf will share insights and lessons learned from work undertaken in a number of states in the US, including the reform of New York State’s $54 billion health system. They will explain how analytical capability is creating new levels of insight into opportunities to improve safety and quality and eliminate waste.
