Program
Michael Moore CEO, Central and Eastern Sydney PHN
Michael Moore CEO of Central and Eastern Sydney PHN since July 2015. Michael was the CEO of Inner West Sydney Medicare Local since its inception in June 2012 and has successfully taken the organisation into a new phase of a PHN. It is anticipated that the change from Medicare Local to PHN will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of medical services and improve the coordination of care. Michael is committed to initiatives aimed specifically at improving the patient journey that includes working with GP’s and allied health to address the needs of the community members with poor health literacy, providing information direct to the community about increasing access to afterhours GP and pharmacy services. E-health will be a key foundation to support these initiatives.
