PCEHR current usage in primary care settings – a GP perspective
A/Prof Meredith Makeham Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research, Australian Institute of Health Innovation
Meredith is a new member of the team at the Centre for Health Systems and Safety Research at the Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) at Macquarie University. She has an interest in patient safety and incident reporting and learning in Primary Care, and the PCEHR. She is a member of the Clinical Governance Advisory Group for the PCEHR, and a PCEHR user as a General Practitioner.

David has over 30 years experience in IT and has been involved in almost every aspect of the industry. In recent years, he has focused largely on the information architecture aspects of IT. David believes there is a growing understanding that if we don't understand and manage the underlying information assets of the enterprise, then we will struggle to deliver quality information services to our customers. David is now enjoying the challenge of working in the e-health space, which is presenting some unique architectural challenges.
