Tuly Rosenfeld has worked in Geriatric Medicine since 1983, has been an active member of the Australian Society for Geriatric Medicine and a Fellow of the Australian Association of Gerontology. His interest in the special challenges in service delivery led to his work with NSW Health in the implementation of the Healthy at Home program.

Jennifer Dunn GP / Aged Care Liaison and Provider Engagement Coordinator,St Vincent's and Mater Health Sydney.
Jennifer is responsible for ongoing engagement with general practitioners, aged care facilities, pharmacists, primary healthcare providers and private specialists.
