Marian Linnane

A program perspective of the ieMR Program at Queensland Health

 Marian is a Registered Nurse and Midwife and has worked in health care for over 30 years across clinical, education, management and leadership roles.  Marian is currently working as a clinical and business lead in a major EMR project. Marian                                                                       brings her extensive knowledge and information of the health care environment                                                                       to the implementation of eHealth technologies and promotes the involvement of                                                                       clinicians at all stages to ensure the technology supports and enables optimised                                                                          workflows.

Renea Collins

A site perspective on the ieMR Program at Queensland Health

Renea Collins is the ieMR Clinical Lead at Princess Alexandra Hospital (PAH), Brisbane. This position provides clinical leadership and leads change management activities with clinical and business staff during the implementation of the ieMR solution. Her clinical background is as the Venous Thromboembolism (VTE) Clinical Nurse Consultant in which she has coordinated a VTE prevention program at a                                                                   tertiary hospital and health service district that has led to significant and                                                                                       sustained improvement in appropriate VTE prophylaxis rates.
