Joanna is a research manager at Silver Chain and will be speaking about models of telehealth, cost savings and client outcomes.

Has a Bachelor of Psychology and has worked in Silver Chain’s Research Department for the last thirteen years.  She commenced as a Senior Research officer and was appointed Research Support Manager in 2010. 

6.30 Livio Ciacciarelli: Clinical practice support system (CPS): Supporting Assessment and Care Planning at the Bedside System

Livio is Senior Nursing Project Officer at SA Health and will be speaking about Care Connect clinical practice support.

Livio has over 10 years’ experience in the area of Nursing / Health Informatics with key and integral roles for retrieving, analysing and interpreting data, which is used to support and influence how nursing policy and standards of care are directed, practiced and delivered both at local and state levels of health.
