One year on from the New Aged Care Act (NACA) changes, join the AIDH Australian Capital Territory Branch to unpack what’s working, what’s hard, and what’s next. This panel will explore the first-year impacts on consumer experience, safety, quality, and workforce, and how digital tools—from care management platforms to shared records and analytics—are supporting compliance and better outcomes. We’ll dive into data capture and reporting, consent and information-sharing, home and residential care pathways, and intersections with primary care and hospitals.
