To help support the delivery of high-quality and patient-centred care across South Australia, the State’s Commission on Excellence and Innovation in Health (CEIH) has embarked on a program to enable the systematic collection and analysis of patient reported measures (PROMs and PREMs) across all levels of the health system.

With clinical and patient engagement at the centre of the program’s design, and digital technology as the key enabler for streamlined management of PROMs and PREMs data, the program will ensure that patients, providers and policy makers have all the information they need to make the best decisions together.
