Mobile health or mHealth technologies have transformed how people manage their health and interact with the healthcare system from monitoring health parameters in apps to receiving scripts via SMS. mHealth technologies have the potential to improve access to information, support, and the flexibility of healthcare during unforeseen events.
This session will explore:
- How mHealth technologies can be used to provide support, improve health behaviours and outcomes.
- How can consumers be engaged to design and deliver mHealth interventions?
- What are the impacts of ‘healthcare anywhere’ on in-person care?
Join us to hear from four experts in academia and industry, including a consumer representative, to learn about emerging mHealth technologies and insights into consumer engagement.
