Principles of cybersecurity in Government and digital health

This evening will pull together Cybersecurity experts for a panel discussion on the challenges facing government services with the introduction and expanded use of digital solutions utilising cloud technology. More and more areas are now moving to centralised
storage of information across the government services provided. In light of the Medibank, Optus and many other data breaches of 2022, it is timely to have an informed discussion on approaches to Cybersecurity and how to ensure protections are promoted.
Discussion points to the panel will include:
- Setting the scene in relation to Cybersecurity Issues across the Australian Government
- Principles of protecting information gathered
- Trends in the industry
- Answering the questions of registered participants
