More than just interviews and surveys: Innovative approaches to co-design in healthcare

Have you considered using co-design approaches to develop digital health solutions in healthcare? If so, join to learn more about a novel approach to co-designing with multiple stakeholders outside of the more typical approaches like surveys and interviews.

This paper proposes the “generative co-design framework”, which aims to immerse end-users in highly creative environments and guide them through a process of health innovation. Borrowing from the methods regularly used in User Experience design, such as persona mapping and storytelling, end-users generate ideas for more patient-centric digital health solutions. Such an approach could lead to more sustainable and effective digital health solutions.
