Being safe: How cybersecurity across healthcare is impacting us all

A WA state branch event

Everyone has a health record and medical records are kept right across the health system.
But do you know:

  • How that information is stored safely?
  • The ways people are trying to access confidential information?
  • The measures cybersecurity experts are taking to protect this data?

Expert speakers at this event will talk about cybersecurity across our health system. Whether you are a consumer concerned about your data, a health care practitioner looking to provide best practice information to patients or you are part of the healthcare workforce, trying to follow due processes in the workplace; this topic is relevant to all.

James Davidson is the Managing Director of Computer Troubleshooters Bunbury and has been an ICT provider and business owner providing managed services to private medical practices throughout Perth and regional WA, James will be talking about 'Cybersecurity and Private Medical Practices- the key considerations for management and practice principles'.
