During this webinar, we bring together a number of health professionals from across the healthcare spectrum, to share their learnings from using telehealth to deliver care. Importantly the speakers will share their thoughts and experience from using a combination of different telehealth delivery models. In addition they will share their thoughts on how it is best combined with face-to-face care, for their own particular health domain. This will be a facilitated panel discussion.
