FbT Journal Clubs are one aspect of the learning program for the Fellowship by Training program. Candidates must attend and also present a minimum number of Journal Clubs during their time in the program. Whilst this event is targeted to the candidates in the program, members are welcome to attend.

Artificial intelligence aims to mimic human cognitive functions. It is bringing a paradigm shift to healthcare, powered by increasing availability of healthcare data and rapid progress of analytics techniques. Artificial intelligence & machine learning has the potential to transform many aspects of patient care and administrative techniques. Machine learning has a great importance in precision medicine - diagnosis and treatment of disease, such as infectious diseases. This, in turn, could lead to targeted interventions that reduce the spread and management of healthcare-associated pathogens. |
