FbT Journal Class is one aspect of the learning program for the Fellowship by Training program. Candidates must attend and also present a minimum number of Journal Clubs during their time in the program. Whilst this event is targeted to the candidates in the program, members are welcome to attend.

It is important for us as health informatics researchers and practitioners to have an appreciation of the ethical considerations for working with human participants. This journal club will explore these ethical issues, especially in the context of the described trade-off between participant welfare and ideal study designs.
