FbT Journal Class is one aspect of the learning program for the Fellowship by Training program. Candidates must attend and also present a minimum number of Journal Clubs during their time in the program. Whilst this event is targeted to the candidates in the program, members are welcome to attend.

Perspective for Progress - A Framework to evaluate devices that assess physical behavior

The practice of evidence-based medicine can be supported through information systems that provide clinical decision support (CDS) to users at the time they make decisions, which should result in improved quality of care. CDS can be useful for finding and preventing errors. The impact of CDS has been studied across a broad array of domains and found to have a number of common elements important to success. The goal of this report is to discuss these lessons learned in the interest of informing the efforts of others working to make the practice of evidence-based medicine a reality.
