Living and learning during a pandemic: A consumer perspective

Hosted by AIDH Precision Health & Clinical Informatics CoP.

How does a global pandemic impact consumer behaviour and their interactions with the healthcare system? Hear the different perspectives and experiences, some positive others frightening, as patients and consumers live and learn during a pandemic. We also explore how consumer voices and their messages are heard in an over-crowded environment. What has worked well, what hasn’t and how do we deliver on the lesson learned during this time?
