Join this topical, virtual presentation by Andrew Sargeant, Director of NSW Health Pathology’s Point of Care testing - the world’s largest accredited managed service with more than 600 point of care devices installed in over 180 hospitals. He talks about their efforts to get the COVID-19 test from research through to a routine test and then to POC, the role of AI in predictions, use of pathology data in contact tracing, the impact on population spread and the levels of containment required based on the estimated underlying rate of infection in the NSW population. The presentation will be followed by a live Q&A session
